In fact, the name of the wife, Barbara, but it never goes for Barbara. Barb always.

Depending on the mood of the letter, if you want a little distance, then use Barbara, but use the name that you use to send it.
If you signed your coupon Barb and Adam Goldberg, I think that's how you want to be identified, and it is therefore better to address the thank-you card in the same way.
